Efforts

"I wanted to let you know how much I really appreciate all the efforts that Amy N and Steve have put into a very difficult claim.  Had it not been for Steve attending the most recent appointment, we may have not gotten the answers to the questions we needed addressed.  He took time to explain what we were looking for and as a result, the doctor provided a very detailed and thorough report.  Amy has been awesome in holding down the fort on this and keeping the file on track.  It takes a team to get results like this and I'm very grateful for the efforts of the team I have!"
