"I wanted to take a minute to brag on Brittney C for a minute.  We have had an influx of not your regular run of the mill claims and Brittney is always on top of things.  She anticipates my questions before I can even ask them, she is always willing to help, provides very thorough updates and is a really great nurse!  She is doing a great job.  I appreciate her and all of you at OHARA!"
