Hold the Line for Our New Telephonic Nurse

May 2025 A warm welcome to OHARA’s newest telephonic nurse, Teresa. Throughout her career with the VA, Teresa has helped veterans manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses to enhance self-management and well-being. She uses telehealth technology to reduce ER visits and hospital admissions through monitoring, follow-up appointments, care coordination, and education on health conditions. We are excited to add her to our telephonic roster!
